Paneer Bread Discs Recipe

Its an everyday fight for all ladies about what to cook. I often say that may be doing a Ph.D. in any subject is much more comfortable than making a daily cooking timetable. A home-maker does so much to keep everybody happy by making their favorite dishes. Well, when it comes to keep my family happy then its just one ingredient that makes them super happy… and that’s PANEER.  Yes, you heard it right!!! It’s Paneer.

I tend to make paneer at home.  I will soon share “how to make paneer at home recipe with you all. As of now, I am sharing a yummy, easy appetizer with you.  It’s the Paneer bread Discs. Make it and Relish it.

Paneer Bread Disc Recipe

You can make a perfect appetizer with Paneer. The best thing about paneer is that it can be used in any dish. According to me, it gives any meal a royal touch.  This Paneer bread disc recipe is an easy no cooking recipe. Hope you will enjoy it.

  • 1 packet of Bread


  • Paneer (Grated) – 250 grams
  • Sweet Corn (Boiled) – 1 Cup
  • A Cup of Chopped Tomato
  • 2 Onions  finely Chopped
  • 250 grams of grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 4 Slices Plain Cheese
  •  Salt as per taste
  • Black pepper Powder – 1 tbs
  • Chaat masala – 1 Tablespoon

For Sauce

  • 4 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 2 tbsp Sauces of your choice (optional)


To Prepare the Filling

  1. Take a bowl, and add shredded paneer to it

  2. Now add tomato, Onion, corn, coriander

  3. Next, add mozzarella  Cheese to the mixture

  4. Time to add some plain cheese as well

  5. Mix it Properly


For the Sauce

  1. Take Butter in the bowl

  2. Add Tomato Ketchup to it.

  3. Mix other Sauces (optional)

  4. Mix it properly

Now the Final Step

  1. Pre-heat the microwave at convection mode on 200 degrees.

  2. Cut the bread Slices into round shape and apply the sauce.

  3. Add the mixture.

  4. Now the microwave is pre-heated, place the tray in it and allow it to cook for 7 – 9 minutes.

  5. And your Paneer Bread Disc is ready to serve. Enjoy it hot


Recipe Notes

  • I have used white bread to make this recipe, but you can use brown or multigrain bread for making these paneer bread discs.
  • Add other veggies you love to make it more delicious
  • Enhance the taste by adding Other Sauces according to your tastes and likes.
