Paneer Bread Discs Recipe

Its an everyday fight for all ladies about what to cook. I often say that may be doing a Ph.D. in any subject is much more comfortable then to make a daily cooking timetable. A lady of the house does so much and keeping everybody’s choice in mind and making everybody happy. Well, when it comes to keeping my family glad I know its just one ingredient that makes them super happy… and that’s PANEER. Yes, you heard it right!!! It’s Paneer.
I tend to make paneer at home. I will soon share that recipe also with you all. As of now, I am sharing a yummy, easy appetizer with you. It’s the Paneer bread Discs. Make it and Relish it.
Paneer Bread Disc
You can make a perfect appetizer with paneer. The best thing about panner is that it can be used in any dish. According to me, it gives any meal a royal touch. This paneer bread disc recipe is an easy no cooking recipe. Hope you will enjoy it.
- 1 Packet White Bread
- 1 Cup Paneer
- 1 Cup Sweet Corn (Boiled)
- 1 Cup Chopped Tomato
- 1 Cup chopped Onion
- 1 Cup mozzarella Cheese
- 4 Slices Plain Cheese
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Blackpepper Powder
- 1 tbsp Chaat masala
- 4 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 2 tbsp Sauces of your choice (optional)
To Prepare the Filling
Take a bowl, and add shredded paneer to it
Now add tomato, Onion, corn, coriander
Next, add mozzarella Cheese to the mixture
Time to add some plain cheese as well
Mix it Properly
For the Sauce
Take Butter in the bowl
Add Tomato Ketchup to it.
Mix other Sauces (optional)
Mix it properly
Now the Final Step
Pre-heat the microwave at convection mode on 200 degrees.
Cut the bread Slices into round shape and apply the sauce.
Add the mixture.
Once the microwave is pre-heated, place the tray in it and allow it to cook for 7 - 9 minutes.
And your Paneer Bread Disc is ready to serve. Enjoy it hot
- I have used white bread, but you can use brown or multigrain bread.
- Add other veggies you love to make it more delicious
- Enhance the taste by adding Other Sauces according to your tastes and likes.
