I like to try and share New recipes so today I tried my grandmother’s Guava Jelly recipe. I remember when I was small there was a guava tree at my grandmother’s place and there used to be this delicious amrood that no one can resist.
Today while making this recipe trust me I totally went down the Memory Lane and it was nostalgic.

Guava Jelly || How to make at home
This Guava Jelly recipe is very easy to make at home. The best part is you don't need to add any preservatives or harmful chemical to it.
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 30 minutes
Resting Time 1 hour
Total Time 35 minutes
Calories 220 kcal
- 1/2kg Guava
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Lemon Juice - 1 -2 tbs
Collect All the above Ingredients
Cut Guava into Small Pieces
Add these pieces into a container
Add water to the level of Guava that you have put in the container
Now Boil it nicely for 15-20 minutes.
So that the entire flavor of Guava is absorbed in water
Now Strain the water in another container
Press the boiled guava also to extract the entire juice.
Now Boil the Guava extract and add Sugar to it
Add 2-3 tablespoon Lemon Juice to it.
OR Squeeze a Lemon in it.
When you see that it changes color, that's the time to switch off the gas.
Pour it in a container and allow it to set.
Keep stirring the mixture and make sure you don't over-boil it, otherwise, it will become too hard.
